Some inspiration for redecorating my house.

I need to re do my Bathroom, Toilet and Kitchen and so I have been looking on Pinterest to get inspired.  I want to redecorate on a shoe string as I don't believe in spending vast amounts of money.
Here is what I found and I really love the effects and I am going to appropriate them into my rooms.

What can I do with my Three Black Faces

I have shown this collage in other blogs and I decided to see what it would look like in patterns

I could go on forever, in fact I should keep going on and on to see what the outcome would be.

My Natural Hair Style for the Convention cont'd

So I had these patterned corn rows done on Tues and I wore a head scarf until Friday to keep them fresh and so no one would see them.  I like to keep things for best LOL it is the Sunday Best mentality that I was brought up with.

My Friend took a picture of each side of my hair on the Friday. I couldn't get it to do what I wanted it to do.  So I put a side comb in to create a sort of quasi mo-hawk.

The products that I used were water based and very wet and I noticed that my definition would not hold at all.  Therefore by the dinner time around 12.30  I had to put my hair up otherwise it just looked like a Frizz Bomb.  Every day my quiff turned out different.  Here are pictures of Sunday afternoon after I put my hair up.

I don't know what I was so happy about.  I've got big teeth man LOL

My Natural Hair Style for the Convention

I have been planning this for a while and yesterday my daughters friend came and plaited my hair with corn rows in pattern formation.  First of all I had to quickly wash and condition it.

After I washed and conditioned my hair I parted it on the side, diagonally across my head to the other side at the bottom.  Than I Blow dried that section and twisted it into four big twists and awaited the plaiting.

I plaited the other side in single plaits in order to stretch out my hair I will take it out and twist it everyday so that I can get a big twist out on the other side I will post pictures of the final looks on Fri, Sat, Sun.

This is the beginning of a new year, new projects and new adventures.  I am determined to be more active, more creative and get more work d...
